Okay, so welcome, welcome back.

It's nice to see you all.

I'll do just a high level review about what we did on Tuesday.

We unpacked the title a little bit, Damachaka Povatana, you know, and I kind of share that I like this idea of getting the

Dharma ball rolling, just because for me it felt accessible.

But, you know, some other titles could be turning the wheel of the Dharma or the Dharma

wheel rolling forth or, you know, something like this.

There's a number of different ways in which we

might consider that and then uh kim talked about this idea of the middle way like so not one

extreme and not the other extreme not central pleasures not asceticism but something in the middle

as what the Buddha was teaching.

And then at the end, we sent you off, if you were interested,

a link to read the Suta with the title or the link.

And we've been using the translation by Pekobody. It as the four of us as we've been talking about it.

So that's kind of the one that we're the most familiar with, but we recognize there's other translations out there.

Some of you might have looked at them.

So now I'd just like to open it up.
