My parents live in Ankeny. I don't know if I've said that before, but that's where all my extended family are. So we're back again for a 5-10-5 show. I haven't got to use this overlay in a while. So this is fun. This is good. Hopefully, Coach Lima isn't too busy during the season. and we can do what we did again last year and have a strength conditioning-based short show each week. |
