This one is special. Rock came in at the same time as the walk-ons 2013, spent the exact same years in the program that we did on the manager side of things.

And he has ascended his way up to the director of team operations for the Kansas City Chiefs.

That man has some responsibility.

So, and correct me if I'm pronouncing it wrong, but Brock Bomber joins the show tonight.

Brock came into the University of Iowa the same year 2013 in Iowa City as the boys on the pod did.

And I'm interested to sort of learn the story of your way into the program

and where that originates all the way back to you and your sports background.

But Brock has gone from football manager to, I think, football operations inside the complex in Iowa City.

A couple years interning with the Kansas City Chiefs to now, he's got some fucking fancy title with the Chiefs now,

like director of team ops or something like that.

Football operations or something.

So has risen the ranks, very cool, adjacent side to what we did as players.
