1:10.2	Japan and the U.S. have reached a trade agreement, lowering tariffs on Japanese auto imports to 15% down from 27.5% and reducing a planned duties on other goods, setting a potential benchmark for future global trade deals.
1:25.2	Economists say the 15% tariff level, while still elevated, is manageable
1:29.2	and preferable to ongoing trade uncertainty. Financial markets responded positively with
1:35.1	major automakers' stocks surging and inflation expectations easing slightly, suggesting potential
1:41.5	future Fed rate cuts. However, high tariff threats remain for the EU, China, and others, while critical deadlines looming in August,
1:49.4	could still escalate trade tensions if no agreements are reached.
