So, NATO is considering a new strategy to offer Ukraine more stable military support as

announced by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

The proposed approach aims to shift from kind of this more spontaneous off-the-cuff support and voluntary contributions to more enduring commitments by the Alliance.

This comes as Ukraine has also lowered its conscription age from 27 to 25, clearly showing that they are still in need of aid.

And the initiative would consolidate the efforts of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group.

It would consolidate under NATO's leadership rather than U.S. European command.

So a big effort to just kind of make sure that this effort, this aid is more stable over the long term, which I think can only be positive.

Yeah, the effort calls for $100 billion in aid over five years and I think you can see it is an effort to

Trump-proof mega MAGA-proof, GOP-proof, aid flows to Ukraine as Europeans realize that as long as Republicans

control the House and worse if Republicans controlled the

entire US government we would not be the kind of dependable ally we have been

under Joe Biden for Ukraine or for NATO.
