So let's jump right into Robbie Lyons story and his thoughts on head injuries.

All right, everybody, I'm here with Robbie Lyons and Robbie.

Thank you so much for joining me, first of all.

Yeah, no problem. Thanks for having me.

So I understand that, you know, a lot of NASCAR fans are familiar with the Dale Jr. concussion story and his saga and all that stuff.

But you have one of your own.

And one thing that we've learned through the Dale Jr. experience is that every situation is different.

So if you could just start by taking us, I guess, through your own experience and telling us how this all started for you, I guess.

Yeah. Well, kind of exactly what you said, how every experience is different. In the same way, every concussion is different. And that's one thing I wasn't aware of.

And I think that's why so many of them go undiagnosed or people don't even know what's

wrong with them um just because there are so many different symptoms and you know someone can have

one symptom and none of the others but it's still a concussion and uh it you know it started for me

i started racing when i was five years old on dirt bikes.

And I raced motocross and supercross for 18 years.
