Hey everyone, it's K-Sunga here. I just want to let you know that we've launched a brand

0:07.0

new call and advice podcast called Dear Headspace. Each week the headspace teachers, along

0:14.6

with some amazing new friends, are answering your questions about relationships, work,

0:20.7

life, mindfulness, and just about everything else. It's so different from anything we've

0:27.5

ever created and we're so excited for you to hear it. Dear Headspace comes out every

Tuesday on the Headspace app and anywhere that you listen to podcasts. Thanks for listening.

I think I've mentioned this a few times now, but just in case we all need a reminder, I

1:11.4

1:52.0

1:59.4

2:06.4

of the importance of keeping it simple and enjoying where we are in the present moment,

2:11.4

emphasis on the present moment. I think we've all been there. Not recognizing where we are in that

2:17.2

moment is exactly where we probably wish we would have been a few months or weeks back. The thing is,

2:22.9

we're constantly arriving and departing at different points in our lives. What helps us recognize

2:28.2

that is presence. Here's a story that you may have heard before, but one that was recently shared

2:36.7

with me that painted this picture well. A boat was docked in the tiny Mexican fishing village. A
