Yeah, because I think so for me, I struggled a long time with like addiction and a long time with like,

like, I guess always searching for comfort like you know what I mean like I just

wanted to take it easy I wanted to drink smoke every day and just live that kind of lifestyle and I ran away from anything

that was hard or different or foreign.

And I think you're a normal human being.

Yeah, yeah, that's exactly.

I know.

I know, but some people, I feel like I took it to the extreme because I was doing it all day.

It wasn't like, oh, drink on the weekend.

It's like, morning gator aid with vodka.

Like, yeah. You stopped living. Yeah, yeah, I wasn't living. I was just trying to like not be sober.

Yes. I did not want to be sober at all. I don't know why but I had a fear of like being sober and feeling normal.

Like I always wanted to mess with my brain in some way.

Is that weird?

No, it's not. Escapism.

Everyone does it, just some people do it differently.

But escapism is a very fundamental piece of being a human and

that's why addiction is so bad because it's a escape from the real world that is so easy to do.

And you always know you can.

So it's a default mode, right?

And it's, everybody does it though.

So anybody that judges anybody, it's like, okay, you're obsessed with your TV shows. That's escapism.
