Summary
In the same house where she had already experienced strange activity, things didn’t stop—they just changed.
One night, she heard something dragging across her window… starting at the top and moving all the way down, over and over—on a window nothing could reach from outside.
Later, a porcelain doll her grandmother had given her showed up somewhere it couldn’t have moved to on its own—placed at eye level, as if it had been set there.
She got rid of it. But that didn’t end anything. After her grandmother passed, something else happened—something physical, something that didn’t follow any normal explanation.
And in that moment, she had a thought she hadn’t had before. That whatever was happening… might not be random.
