time or Eastern Daylight time so it was a very long day. So I took a million notes. I am not going to go through every single detail tonight.

So first thing that she handles is the very lengthy contempt motion brought by Nick

McLeanland. They put on a few witnesses. They put on Jerry Holman.

Omen was definitely the longest witness. Let me assume. Oh first thing that they

did is they amended that before we go into that.

They amended the charges, so they added, there was no objection from Baldwin and Rosie.

They added the murder charges.

They did dismiss charges. They did dismiss charges five and six which I think are the

kidnapping. Yeah it's been on the news that they dismiss the kidnapping charges.
