I should be joined momentarily by my beautiful brilliant co-host. A few big things happening.

So first of all, the morning started with us getting the anticipated motion or order from Judge Gold denying the

defenses motion to DQ without hearing. I think all of us were expecting that.

I think we were all expecting it not to have a hearing

based on fast in terms of what her habit is.

And we were not surprised.

I was expecting it any day, and today was a day.

So I'm not going to even throw the order up,

just know that she basically said that,

I've decided I'm not going to show her orders anymore because I'm not sure

she's a real judge anymore. So but at any rate she denied it without hearing

stating that it's the Supreme Court of Indiana had

unanimously decided that was a non-issue that she can stay on the case.

So that was her rationale behind it. So I mean she could have done that day after right. Why wait until today? So but you know whatever the case may be it is what it is. That's the same thing

Then not granting relief is the same as saying there's not a problem? Especially without having read the opinion,
