Hey guys, welcome back to Light the Fight, and we have a kind of different DM for you to show today.

We're switching it up.

And it's awesome because I want to share with you something that I just happened to get tagged in today.

And it just kind of made my day.

And so I shared with David and we thought, okay, we got to talk about it.

So a long time ago, what feels like a long time ago, it wasn't really that long time ago.

But we... In in teenager as a month

is a year we actually did a podcast that it was our third DM so it's DM number three and it's

called highs and lows now if you have tried this in your, we would love to hear how it's gone.

Even if something's gone wrong, we'd love to hear about it.

But there is this mom that kind of got onto her Insta story.

She's a friend of the podcast, as far as I'm concerned.

She listens to the podcast.

And she kind of shares that.

She accidentally stumbled upon her podcast.

Yeah, she did.

She did it.

And so, man, props to her for just like jumping in and listening to a podcast she'd never

heard of before.

So I think that this probably is a category of a win,

but it prompted us to talk a little bit more about highs and lows and who the heck knows.

So what I'm going to do is I'm going to start out by actually playing her Insta Story videos.
