I can't take credit for the name of today's episode because I heard it on YouTube, but I love it.

And I think that it's expansive and real and powerful and legit and it's full of, oh, it's full of possibility for us when we realize this is always available.

Which is the divine decline.

You know when your phone is ringing

and it's like acceptable decline?

That's what I mean in terms of decline. We don't decline enough.

Okay, this is why we're overwhelmed. This is why we're often so stressed out.

It's often why we think we don't have time for the things that matter to us. It's why we feel resentment much of the

time too. Are you declining enough? Phone calls yes, invitations, yes. But it's also bigger than that. You're allowed to decline anything

that you want, including a thought that makes you feel bad.

You know, I had a friend recently who told me that she wants to clean up her health this year

and she's married to someone who drinks a lot, right?

It's simply his vibe.

He likes to go out a lot, he has loads of friends,

and there's just often alcohol involved. And she says, you know, he just, he always just brings me drinks, buys me drinks,

doesn't ask, and he presents them at the table or at home.

And I said, just because someone brings you a drink,

doesn't mean you have to drink it.

That can be a divine decline.

Thank you darling, it can sit there.

How many drinks can pile up before people stop buying them? They don't do it if the drinks aren't moving.
