0:21.8	You know, when someone says I don't know, I actually love that statement because to me that's
0:27.8	a confident statement. We don't have to know everything. We're not an encyclopedia. It's not our
0:32.1	job to know all the details of all the things.
0:34.6	So saying I don't know for me is a strength.
0:37.6	But in the context of today's episode I want to speak about not knowing something in an entirely
0:44.7	different context. When you don't know something, the answers are available, the answers are everywhere.
0:55.0	Maybe you're thinking to yourself, I don't know how to, I don't know how to, I don't know how to, I don't know how to figure out this health issue I'm having with my stomach, or I don't know how to figure out this health issue I'm having with my stomach or I don't know how to have a conversation about money with my kids or I don't know how to go on dates and be myself.
1:13.6	Whatever it is that you feel that you don't know,
1:16.6	that feels important to you,
1:18.1	so it has to be significant for your life somehow.
1:22.2	Answers are everywhere.
1:25.0	I don't know to me, in the context of something is important to me,
1:30.0	but I don't know, I don't have an answer isn't good enough.
1:35.0	We have free resources.
1:36.8	We have the internet's, right?
1:39.5	We have resources all around us with answers for you.
1:47.8	You might have to do some sifting.
