So, Dr. Kim, what does a disconnected marriage look like?

You know, I think one definition I like is two strangers living under the same

roof.

And because I think, I think that they're just existing together because I think that couples

that maybe they live and fight all the time together, they're connected, not in a healthy way,

but a pretty unhealthy way.

But disconnected, I think, is where you're just there.

It's a surface relationship, but you're just not communicating much.

You're just kind of like, I don't really know you because you haven't really shared anything

other than you need bread today, you know, for 20 years.
