Summary

We have seen The Disaster Artist, the behind the scenes look at the creation of The Room, which is quite possibly the worst film ever made. The brothers Franco play Tommy and Greg in a way that manages to feel honest, sympathetic, and most of all very funny. It is frustrating that there is so little there, there. But it does work, and like Ed Wood before it, manages to make an amazing movie out of a dog turd. It’s an amazing alchemic work, spinning gold from lead. 0:52.2

gone into a little bit more

0:53.2

maybe a little more the pathos and less of the jokey jokey but overall I think it

0:58.6

had a really it had a better balance than I expected and it had more heart than I expected too.

Yeah, I think this is the nearly perfect form of the thing they were trying to do.

Because, you're right...

It's a really hard thing to do.

1:17.2

I was wanting a little bit more prying into the pathos, but then that would have fundamentally

1:22.1

made it a less fun film and it probably

1:25.0

would have pissed off Tommy and that kind of wanted a little more of the wrestler in this but yeah

1:30.5
