0:47.3	I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada, and I actually have quite a few stories or yarns, as we would call them here, about ghosts and paranormal.
0:50.3	The first one I'll share with you happened to me recently a few months ago about at the beginning of the summer.
0:58.0	So the area I'm from is like on the very southwest tip of Nova Scotia, it's known for being a very rough area with lots of shoals and we have lighthouses. So I guess what I'm getting at, there's been a lot of the
1:13.6	shipwrecks in the area. A lot of lives lost over the last 200, 300 years. It's a very old, settled
1:21.3	area. And we're, you know, it's a fishing community. It's a fishing area. So, you know, we're a maritime history area, and so lots of accidents.
1:32.5	So in the maritimes, we have this little boat called a Dory, and if you Google it, it's like a little yellow and green boat.
1:40.4	It's basically what they used to use in the 1800s, early 1900s, when they would go out to row from the main boat to check their lobster traps or, you know, fishing just in general, they used it just for more convenience, I guess.
1:58.3	And we still use them around here, too, just just for fun like they use them in the summertime.
2:02.9	So my story is, and the reason I told about the boat is because we'll get back to that.
2:09.1	So there's a little park up from my house. It's right on the water on the Atlantic Ocean.
2:15.6	And I pull up there a lot, A, because the reception is really good and B, it's just the view is nice.
2:21.3	So sometimes it's nice to just, you know, go there and have some quiet time.
2:25.3	While I was talking to my high school friend on the phone, she called me while I was at the park and it was,
2:30.3	the sun had just gone down, it was probably half an hour. I kind of, you know how you get when you get talking to people on the phone.
