Heather was kind. Heather was clever. She knew what it was like to work hard, but she

liked to have fun too.

When Heather's father Terry was notified that her car had been abandoned at South Carolina's picturesque, peach tree landing, he knew that something

was terribly wrong.

As a policeman opened her car's trunk, Terry was terrified of what he might find.

from Humboldt Brewing Company, which is a little downstate from Myrtle Beach. It's Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

Black Zantis is an American imperial stout, 11% ABV.

Haven't done one of these for a while.

One of the heavier hitters. This one's pretty nice.

It's not outstanding, it's not bad, it's a little better than average.

It's a black beer, a little small tan head. Nice aroma, a lot of dark fruit, very

boosy. You can detect raisins and plum in the taste, a fair amount of bourbon, and there's just a

a fair amount of bourbon and it's just a hint or a trace of coffee.

Nice full mouth feel. It's a good beer. Try it.
