Summary

Just after New Year’s Day 1983, Bill Rossi was called to his family’s house in New Jersey. There, his loved ones gave him heartbreaking news: His father, Mario Rossi, had died in a plane crash. Yet from the start, the story wasn’t making sense.

0:13.0	It was a couple days after the New Year, and Bill Rossi was in New York City.

0:21.9	On that cold January day, Bill got a call from his family, and they told him he needed

1:03.7	His father was Mario Rossi, a legendary race car owner and engine builder who will get

1:15.8	Mario was dead at just 50 years old, having crashed his plane outside the Bahamas.
