I am pretty sure, when I said this the other day on the show, I think all of you guys sort of,

I could see you nodding your head yes to it. I think like 90% of my friends, at one point or another over the last couple of weeks has said they had a cold flu

i have i haven't been that sick and i can't remember how long it was it was just so and then

it gets be sick over the holidays for some reason it just exacerbates it. And for me and

a lot of my friends it was the same symptoms. It's like you get this cold and

cough and then you start shivering and then for me it was like sweating in the middle of the night like waking up in a pool of sweat for like three days and then it goes away

But everybody seems to have had it right so what the heck is this and how can you avoid getting sick right this time of year the
