Dr. Kate Henry, and today we're interviewing Dr. Eric Pepper, an internationally known expert on holistic health, stress management and tech stress, which is also the name of his book.

Dr. Pepper received his BA from Harvard University in 1968 and his PhD from Union Graduate School
