so um i guess this this episode is inspired by my own as usual my own personal explorations

and my life um it's also inspired by the many clients that I work with

and my friends who inspire me daily

with their own struggles and their own challenges

and their own joy and breakthroughs

and the sex that they're experiencing.

So it's a combination of information and inspiration from my own

life and the life of others. So what I want to talk about firstly before I go into the definition of the three types of sex

is how important it is for us as individuals, whether we are men or women,

how important it is to choose wisely who we sleep with.

And what I want to talk about is the fact that when we take

somebody into our body, both physically and energetically, especially as a woman, but also as a man,

we take in the consciousness of that being.
