And I always say back, but do you want to do what I did? Yeah, I'll do anything. I'm all in.

And then I'll challenge them with some action steps.

And guys, this isn't only if you want to be a coach or a speaker,

if it's for anything in life that you want to do.

You have to be congruent with your desires, with your actions, right?

You can say all the things that you want to do. But if you're not doing the legwork,

if you're not putting in the effort, if you're not committed, then you're only going to get so far.

And here's the problem. That causes a ripple effect. Right. So if you're not incongruent,

If you're not in congruent with what you want in regards to the action that you're taking,

then all of a sudden you start to get dejected and the blame game trickles in. Well, I'm not getting the

results or, you know, I posted something and I didn't get a lot of engagement or, you know, I launched something and nobody signed that, okay, well, before that you launched it, were you dating your audience?

Were you making connections? Were you building your community? Were you getting fresh eyeballs on it? And a lot of times, you know, people be like, well, no, okay. Then how do you expect?
