Basically there's a ton of people that are still struggling with the Monday mindset.

I'm going to break that down in a second.

This is something that I struggled with for a long time,

so I was kind of just reflecting as on Sunday

I did not hit my macros and I started to have some of those old thoughts creep in and I just wanted to share and let everybody know that I'm dealing with the same shit that you guys are dealing with but you know it's something

that when I was first getting started into my fitness journey I definitely struggled with

the Monday mindset and what that is is when you have a plan

and you are dialed in from Monday to Thursday

and then Friday rolls around and you kind of deviate and that means that the weekend is a free for all.

And typically on Sunday night you're left with feelings of guilt and shame and why can't I do this and what's wrong with me you know you feel

like a failure and then it carries into Monday with that you know quote-on-quote

diet starts Monday mentality so it's almost like every Monday becomes a

reset button or a fresh start and you're like all right this week it's going to be better but the problem is

you feel like you have to undo all of the damage that was done over the weekend.
