Hello, everyone, and welcome in to another edition of DeCecho Daily.

Andrew DeCechko here with a game day edition.

That's right, this afternoon at 1 o'clock, the Eagles and Cleveland Browns kick off

week two of preseason play at Lincoln Financial Field. It's really interesting for me,

having seen the two teams match up against one another for two days for joint practices.

You always want to see what correlates, what translates now.

They have some familiarity with one another. And I'm sure if you're listening, you're probably

asking yourself, well, why should we invest three hours on a Saturday afternoon for week

two of the preseason? And if we do, then what should we be keeping an eye on? Well, all I can tell

you is what I'll be keeping an eye on and also give you some names of players who probably

aren't household names, but those who bear watching, especially in the latter stages of the game.

First for me, well, I'll be keeping an eye on the cornerback situation

where you have a three-way competition between third-year pro,

Kili Ringo, veteran Adori Jackson, and the newly acquired Jacori and Bennett,

who of course was the player who was sent from the Raiders

and the Eagles shipped out defensive tackle Thomas Booker the 4th. was the player who was sent from the Raiders,

and the Eagles shipped out,

defensive tackle Thomas Booker the 4th.

Jacorian Bennett hasn't practiced a ton.

And yes, he did struggle Wednesday.

And he had a relatively quiet day on Thursday against the Browns. But that Wednesday, context is very important here.

That was just his second full practice with the team.
