And with Sean Manion in the fold now as offensive coordinator, it's fair to expect

some tweaks here and there with the offensive coaching staff. And today I kind of wanted to spend

a little bit of time going over some of the names of the coaches who are currently on the offensive

staff, what their roles are, what their background is, and my vantage point

as to how they've helped or maybe impeded the ability for progress for certain units

on the offensive side of the ball.

Based off of what I've seen on social media, there seems to be a lot of ire and

vitrole directed at some position coaches that for me, I have to wonder if those who are

critiquing are aware of their background, what they've done, or even who they are, or their

imprint on the organization. for me coaches in general,

especially assistant coaches are mostly faceless to those on the outside. But if you cover the

team, you get to talk to these coaches and you get a better sense for their vision, their coaching

points and the value that they bring to the building.

And so I kind of wanted to spend a little bit of time going over some of those names.

So you have at assistant head coach and running backs coach since 2021, you have Jamal Singleton.

And Jamal Singleton, in my estimation, is a very strong position coach.

You watch him during the weeks at practice.

He's very involved with ball security drills.

He's helped players, whether it was Sequan Barclay elevate to a greater level when he got to Philadelphia,
