I mean, professionally, I've been working as a yoga and meditation instructor for a number of years.

We met, you and I met on a silent meditation retreat in 2003,

kicked up a bit of a friendship, I think later in the early teens, like 2011 maybe.

After another retreat, we have a shared late friend michael brooks

um and whose death was kind of the uh kind of initiated these conversations in an odd way
