I'm Robert Wright, and I've just endured some tech problems along with you.

But we're recording,

and you're Josh Summers. You are a meditation teacher, yoga teacher, other things. What else are you? What do you like to highlight about yourself? For the purposes of this conversation, I am an anxious

citizen looking for guidance. Okay.

We'll see what we can do.

Yeah.

So by way of background, I guess you and I have had a series of conversations, which

always feel a little self-indulgent to me because they're about my worldview, which

you have flatteringly dubbed the Dharma of Bob.

And we're going to continue these conversations, partly out of my desire to get your guidance

on how to do a better job of conveying my worldview to people.

But, you know, first, I wanted to mention Michael Brooks, the late Michael Brooks,

who passed away a little over a year ago, I guess, right?

Because his death is what led to this series of conversations. He was, you knew him better than I did,

but we both knew him. And he was, you know, a prominent podcaster, journalist of, it is safe to say,

a leftist perspective, but also a follower of the Dharma,
