DAV. I have had him on my show three years ago. We talked about his very important and influential

book. Manson exposed a reporter's 50-year journey into madness and murder. And that was published 2019.

So I'll repost that.

And then as I was kind of doing research, I came across a new book that he had published.

I wasn't aware of it.

It was published in May 2024.

Full title is The Devil in My Friend, The Inside Story of a Malibu murder I had nothing I had no

knowledge of this case which happened a while back back in

181 in Santa Barbara which I've spent a lot of time up in Santa Barbara recently my daughter went to school there

But anyway, Ivor also this year has reissued a new edition of his book, The Beatles and

Me on Tour 60th anniversary edition. He was a foreign correspondent. He's written widely on movies and medicine for the London Daily Express,

The Times of London, the New York Times Syndicate, and Los Angeles Magazine.

But he also has been in places of such historical importance,

as much like a lot of that's ended in the Manson Exposed book, where he was on site when Manson was up with a dune buggy brigade up in kind of the desert area of California.

He was right there on site personally. He was also in 1962. He was at the University of Mississippi to witness James Meredith, becoming the first black student ever enrolled on that campus.

And journalists were killed there.

Like it was really crazy.

He was also, like I said, embedded with the Beatles in 64 and came around.
