0:08.3	So recently there have been some pretty important developments in Kagan Klein's case.
0:14.0	This is of course the case against a 29 year old man from Peru, Indiana, who first came
0:20.2	on the radar of the Delphi investigation in 2017.
0:24.4	He since been charged with initially 30 narrowed down to 25 counts regarding child sexual
0:31.2	abuse materials.
0:33.2	And for a while, he was very much a prominent figure in sort of the Delphi investigation.
0:39.4	Richard Allen's arrest in October 2023 has sort of thrown his role into this case into question.
0:47.2	But basically what happened very recently was that Kagan Klein's sentencing hearing took
0:53.5	place or rather did not take place.
0:56.5	Kagan Klein had pled guilty to all of those counts.
0:59.0	Yeah, all of those counts, 25 counts.
1:01.4	But instead of having a sentencing hearing, we actually had another continuance and maybe
1:06.8	some indications that Kagan Klein can actually walk back his guilty plea.
1:11.2	And we sort of covered all of that initially in our one off episode, but we sort of wanted
1:16.8	to take a time to step back, really look at some of the overall themes here.
