so it seems like every day in the Richard Allen case thephi case, there's always new developments.

And there was a new development today.

More specifically, it's a development in the ongoing story of the leaks of evidence that took place in the Richard Allen case.

And the development is that

the person by his own admission by his own account

who took pictures of crime scene pictures

and shared them with people not authorized to view those

images. He was arrested today, taken into custody and charged with conversion.

So we're going to just take a few minutes to talk with you about this,

give you some of our first impressions.

state of Indiana in this case, you get just a little bit of a surprise.

Not really a huge surprise, I think we saw this coming.

But this crime, or this alleged crime,

took place in Franklin, Indiana, which is a part of Johnson County.

But the prosecutor in this case is Lindsay Holden Kay, who is Barthombeo County prosecutor.
