about the oral arguments that took the

Supreme Court and just as she did that we got an email Supreme Court and just as she did that

we got an email from the Supreme Court indicating that they had reached their decision.

This was much, much, much, much quicker than anyone expected.

So we will read the order and discuss it but briefly the decision is that

Rosie and Baldwin are back on the case and Judge Gold remains on the case as well.

So we'll give you some of our first reactions to all of this and talk about it in just a moment.
