Everyone who follows the Delphi murder's case has had their eyes on the calendar waiting for June 15th, 2023.

That was the date the bail hearing for Richard Allen was scheduled to take place.

Well, now things have changed. That bail hearing has been changed into a suppression hearing.

What could be behind that change? Does it mean the defense has changed its strategy?

What exactly can we expect to have happen at a suppression hearing?

Could the results of this hearing be dispositive? In other words, could it bring about an end to the case against Richard Allen?

And how long should we expect it to take Judge Frank Gull to make her decision in the matter?
