Let's start with what's happening with Kagan Klein.

When last we heard from Kagan Klein, when we interviewed him a couple of weeks back,

and after he appeared in court of the sentencing hearing that wasn't, he was making some interesting suggestions.

He was basically indicating that he had not been given a chance to see all of the evidence against him.

He was suggesting that might be the fall of the prosecution. It might be the fall of his defense attorney.

But he told us in the interview that he believed he was not guilty of all the things he said he was guilty of.

A 25 charges in total, I think he indicated that he was guilty of seven.

And that he felt that some of this evidence, which he allegedly had not seen, might prove that he was, in fact, not guilty of the things he said he was guilty of.
