My name's Brandon Galey and welcome to episode 123 of the blog millionaire.

In this episode, I want to tell you a story that is the basis

of a principle that will change your life forever. On a park bench, there was a middle-aged

man reading a newspaper. A teenage boy sat down on the other end of the bench, opened up his

own newspaper and started to read.

At one point, the man and the boy made eye contact. They kind of gave each other a friendly nod. A few minutes later, the boy wanted to know what time it was. He noticed the man next to

him had a nice watch. So he asked the man if he could give him the time. The man looked at him and said

no. The boy was taken aback and confused by this response. A short while later, he asked him again,

can you please tell me what time it is? The man once again looked at him and said, no, I cannot. The boy tried to read

his newspaper for the next five minutes, but couldn't stop wondering why the man wouldn't tell him

what time it was. He finally became so frustrated that he just came out with it and said,

I can see that you have a watch on your wrist.

Why will you not tell me the time?

The man calmly sighed and folded up his newspaper and began to tell him why.
