We are on the second to last

week of work here in Washington for Congress, and there are just 11 days until government funding

expires. There is a lot to talk about this morning when it comes to what is on Congress's plate, a ton of lingering

issues that need to get wrapped up by December 20th with the annual defense policy bill

and the CR aimed at funding the government until March, the two biggest priorities, but

there of a course, a lot of other things that come into play,

whether it's the Farm Bill extension, disaster raid, as well as President-elect Donald Trump's

controversial cabinet nominees making the rounds in the Senate.

Yes, ma'am. So there's a, this is, as you said, the last week, the second of last week,

rather, of session for the year.
