This is the Jocco debrief sitting here with Dave Burke and me, Jocco Willink, Dave.

0:09.1

Let's do a little debrief. We work with companies through our company, Ashlon Front,

0:15.4

and we work with a lot of wide variety of companies. We help them with their leadership.

0:21.7

Leadership is the solution to all problems, and we help them solve their problems through leadership.

0:26.4

We do, just FYI, change the characters and the backgrounds and the industry, so we're not

0:36.3

burning or putting on display the problems of companies that we work with. It's all classified

0:42.1

as far as we're concerned. So we do talk through what we see so that we can help everybody learn.

0:49.3

So what do we got Dave? When you get promoted above your peers, the best thing you can do

0:56.4

1:34.0

and his boss got promoted up, which left a gap, and who was going to lead this team, and he got

1:38.8

selected to be the supervisor of this group. So he went from being one of five peers to now being

1:44.8

the supervisor of four subordinates that he's been working with for a while. His company is

1:50.4

cool company. They do like data collection for healthcare. And so there's a lot of time working

1:55.0

as a team pulling through data, a lot of time behind a computer. And he had been working well with

1:59.8

these four guys, wanted to get promoted, but once he got promoted, his boss, who's now a manager,

2:06.9

had been noticing he was shying away from some of the responsibility of that supervisor reroll.
