Nicole joined us to talk about Andrew's life, his death, and her family's

odyssey for answers and accountability. And tonight I'm going to again

welcome Andrew's sister Nicole Nesdowski back to the show and I'm going to ask her what she's

been up to since we last spoke about four months ago and I know there's a lot to talk about.

Andrew's story and Nicole's advocacy for him have been pulled into the headline several times

since her last appearance on this show.

Her family's battle took a big step forward as a lawsuit against the provincial government has been announced.

And separate from that, the battle also got ugly.

An encounter at a dog park between Nicole and Ian Rankin,

the ex-premier of Nova Scotia,

became of interest for both the local news and the

R. C. So let's get into it. Tonight in this episode of

nighttime will again be joined by Nicole Nizdowski and our topic will be

the quest for accountability related to the death of her brother, Andrew Nastowski. Nicole, it's been about four months since our last talk on the show and your last

appearance on the show, but for people who don't know your story let's start with a bit of an

introduction before we get into the story though tell me a bit about you

Nicole Nesdowski what's your background?

Well I have a degree in political science and a degree in journalism, and I've spent the past number of years working in local media.

And my life was pretty normal I guess up until October 16th 2020.
