stepped in front of the camera. Totally reasonable. But here's the thing, at some point you just

have to rip off the band-aid and take the picture. We've all been there, waiting until we feel

ready, waiting until the conditions are perfect, waiting until we're more prepared, more confident,

more settled. But being stuck on the runway, that's not a place you want to stay. So here's my question for you today.

What are you waiting for? What have you been putting off in your faith, in your walk with Jesus, until you feel more ready.

As we step into Luke 22, the time has come. It's the feast of Passover and unleavened bread,

the most significant celebration on Israel's calendar. The feast was more than just tradition.

It was a memory made physical. It was the nation of Israel

remembering the night that God passed over the homes of his people in Egypt, when lambs were

slaughtered so that families would be spared. And it was a celebration of mercy, grace, and miraculous

deliverance. The people are celebrating freedom. The whole city of Jerusalem is full.

But while the people celebrate, the chief priest and scribes are doing something else entirely.

They're plotting how to kill Jesus. And Luke gives us their reason directly in the passage.
