Welcome to Walking is Fitness, a daily 10-minute podcast designed to provide you with a little added motivation to get out the door, take the walk,

2:12.2

And sometimes these injuries, and I use that term loosely,

2:23.3

isn't so much from overuse, over walking. It could be walking with the wrong shoes. If you're not wearing the shoes that are really designed

2:31.3

for your feet, then that could lead to some soreness and even injuries.

2:39.7

And I've experienced that.
