Your mood is not your business plan. Too many agents wake up and decide what kind of day they are going to have based on how they feel. If they feel optimistic, they work. If they feel stressed, they pull back. If they feel tired, they tell themselves they will restart tomorrow. That is amateur behavior.

Professionals do not let emotion

dictate output. A great agent knows that feelings change fast. Fear comes and goes. Confidence

comes and goes. Motivation comes and goes. But standards are supposed to stay put. That is why

your standards matter more than your emotions. Maybe you are tired. Fine. Work tired. Maybe you are

frustrated. Fine. Work frustrated. Maybe you are frustrated. Fine. Work frustrated.

Maybe you are doubting yourself. Fine. Work while doubting yourself. The market does not pay you

based on your emotional state. It pays you based on what you do consistently. So today, stop asking.

How do I feel I'm going to ask a better question? What is required of meet you? What is required

is probably simple.

Reach out, follow up, set the appointment, ask for the business, have the hard conversation.

Move something forward.

That is where your money is.

Not in getting yourself emotionally perfect first.

Today's assignment is simple.

Pick one task you have been postponing because you have not felt in the mood.

Then do it in the first hour of your workday. Not later. Not after coffee number two.

Not when the stars align. First hour. Your emotions are temporary. Your standards define you.
