blaming the market. They will say rates are the problem. Inventory is the problem. Sellers are

unrealistic. Buyers are hesitant. The news is negative. The economy is uncertain. Maybe some of that is

true. But blaming conditions never creates commissions. Every market has excuses available for the

people who want them.

Hot market, too competitive. Slow market, too hard. High rates, buyers are scared. Low rates,

no inventory. There's always a reason available if your goal is to justify inactivity.

But that is not why you are here. Your job is not to wait for ideal conditions.

Your job is to find the opportunity inside imperfect conditions.
