Welcome to The Daily Agent Reset with Tim and Julie Harris. There is something hurting a lot of agents

today, and they do not even realize it. They are protecting their ego. They avoid calls because

they do not want to be rejected. They avoid asking for the appointment because they do not want to hear

no. They avoid challenging clients because they do not want to look wrong. They avoid prospecting
