Summary

When Michael and Kristine Barnett receive a call from an adoption agency looking to place a 5 year old Ukrainian orphan suffering from an incredibly rare form of Dwarfism, they jump at the chance to bring the little girl into their family. They quickly become suspicious that she is now who she says she is, but rather a psychopathic adult with murderous intentions.
