You wake up, and it's not there yet. The problems are not there yet. But in moments,

you're carrying yesterday again. You're carrying last year. You're carrying the last five years again

in the first moments of consciousness in the morning.

But there's a love you can be carried away in, that you can get lost in.

And it's equally available to you.

But I'm not talking to you.

I'm not talking to that body, to that mind that's been carrying the past.

That's the character.

That's the character who woke up carrying yesterday.

Caring about what happened yesterday, which is like caring about what happened in a dream. That's the

character. You wake up to yourself. You wake up in yourself as yourself, and then that body wakes up

into prayer. It wakes up into chanting. It wakes up to my name. And as it begins, it becomes impossible for you to reattach

for you to become reentangled with that the very sound of my name keeps you out of the picture

the very sight of those hands breaks the relationship it breaks the halluc hallucination. You're back. And the heaviness is gone.

Yesterday is gone. The past is gone. But so is the future. And there's just power.

So much that body will have to ground itself. I love you.
