What's up, Crunchers? How's it going? I know Ethan's not here right now. He is later in the episode, though, so that's pretty exciting. I just wanted to take some time to explain a little bit about what's going on in our lives and what's going on with The Crunch. So Ethan is away at new staff training for focus for the next five weeks so we had

to record some episodes pretty quick and we put out a two-hour live stream we just took took

questions from the audience via YouTube and it was it was it was really fun um I want to do that more

in the future we most of the people that tuned into the live stream were our patrons because they heard
