I was sore the day after, and then yesterday and today, like a tiny bit sore but pretty much fully

recovered and just feeling just really good this week not just because I have an

accomplishment under my belt but I just I don't know I feel a little different and I'm just I don't want to say happier or just been in a good mood all week.

Yeah I actually understand what you mean there, because that's a feeling that, you know, you always get after a good raise or big accomplishment, and it always does seem to last for about a week, and then, for me at least, I start, these thoughts start creeping in of like okay what's next

like what do I do now because you kind of get addicted to that training and the idea of

working towards something so I hope it keeps lasting, the happiness.
