Psalm 65. This is one of my favorite scriptures to start the year off with, but it's one of my

favorite scriptures to look at the end of the year at, and it's Psalm 65.11. It's kind of an

end and a beginning. It covers both. It's a little alpha and omega. Oh. It's a little beginning and

the end. Okay, a little Bible joke. I like it.

Yeah, you know, I love a Bible joke.

Psalm 6511, you crowned the year with a bountiful harvest.

Even the hard paths overflow with abundance.

The title of our message today is called the crown.

And I want to talk about this verse because not to be confused with the show. No, not the show of the verse. The biblical principle.

Because every year people start this, the year off with this verse. You crown the year with your

goodness. You know, this one says, we got a bountiful harvest.

But I think when we recap and we look back on a year,

it's important for us to rewind and look back on where did he show up?

Where was the bountiful harvest?

Where can I look and see evidence of his presence?

I always think that is a real strong practice.

Stop looking for evidence of his absence.

This last year I got to look back on evidence of his presence.

And so I want to look at this scripture because I think how you end something determines how you start something.

Great.

You know, God is always sending you into something bigger or better.

He's always sending you into his will.
