Today's 10-minute walk starts right after this.

All right, today's walk actually is going to start with me crossing a busy intersection.

Let me push the button here.

All right, I've got the orange hand to the face.

Don't walk, don't even think about walking.

Busy traffic here, taking your life into your hands.

If you consider crossing the street before that orange hand turns white.

And these traffic lights tend to linger a little bit longer.

Oh wait, I think we're imminent and there it is.

The white cross now.

And so I'm crossing this busy intersection, which actually isn't super busy at the moment.

And I'm actually going to be walking along a route that I don't think I've ever been on while recording the podcast.

I've walked here before, not recording, but have not walked here recording so I've got

sunrise the sun is now above the horizon wearing a light hoodie and to my left is a

big field sports field and probably later today they'll either be playing football or soccer or even

seen rugby out on this field anywhere from little kids up to pick up games from adults

just beyond this field is a bunch of baseball and soccer fields. In fact, this is a pretty

popular place for tournaments, youth athletic tournaments, and families will come to Myrtle Beach from far away other states to watch

their kids play in tournaments here on these fields because it's still early in the morning.

Fields are empty although I have been out here occasionally, almost at this time in the morning,
