Sometimes you have a minute to make a difference. Sometimes you have a few seconds to make a difference.

Maybe if you're lucky, you have an hour or maybe a day or two to make a difference.

At that time, leadership, it either emerges to its greatest hour or it can sink to its worst hour.

There's something that forces you as a leader to come out, either in a positive or negative

way, in the midst of a crisis. In every age, there comes a time when a leader must come forward

to meet the needs of the hour. Therefore, there is no potential leader who does not have the

opportunity to make a positive difference in society. Tragically, there are times when a leader

does not rise to the hour. That's a fact. Have you ever wondered how would I handle myself

on a time of crisis? Or have you ever wondered yourself, and this is more important in leadership

context, which I teach, have you ever asked yourself, how would I handle others in a time of crisis?
